Mufiz Al Riyazi
Founder of Hasanah Educational Trust — building Islamic and modern education for Muslim women across Bihar's Seemanchal region, from a base in Araria.
Since his student days, he had one goal: build an institution dedicated to Muslim women's education in his home region.
Mohammad Mufizuddin Al Riyazi studied Islamic jurisprudence, Qur'anic sciences, Hadith, and Arabic at the College of Sharia, Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. With support from his family and community, he founded Hasanah Educational Trust in Araria on 16 March 2019.
What started as one school has grown into a network of institutions — a girls' academy, a Qur'an-memorization madrasa, a Dawah centre, a mosque, and a set of community welfare programs covering education, health, and clean water access.
